What incredible cookies! I just pulled the last tray out of the oven and they’re already half gone! I didn’t have any parchment paper so I just lightly greased the bottom of the pans with butter and they didn’t burn or get too dark. So glad I found your site )

I LOVE the parchment paper. I’m going to start doing that. And my “cupcake doctor” cookbook has all kinds of great filled cupcake recipes. Most of them, you inject the filling with a piping bag (or cookie press in my case). It works really well. I’ll have to share with you.

No problem pouring the syrup on the hot cake while it is in the bundt pan. All got absorbed before unmolding and it is really moist.

Hmmm…what would happen if I poured the syrup on before I took it out of the bundt pan? Would it fall apart upon de…bundting?
